By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility

Products & Pricing

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. While we do our best to keep product descriptions, imagery and pricing accurate, we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that resell our products without authorization. Acceptance of your order takes place when it is shipped. All orders are processed immediately upon placement and cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected once submitted.

Shipping

Standard delivery takes 6–27 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Shipping is governed by the shipping terms set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, including the optional Shipping Protection offered at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds are managed exclusively under our Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds are generally not offered except in rare cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Payments

We accept the major payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Product Use

Our products are cosmetic skincare products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always read the included instructions before use and perform a patch test before first application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional. Individual results may vary.

Intellectual Property

All Dr. Melaxin branding, logos, packaging, text, imagery and site content are the property of Dr. Melaxin or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data, to infringe the rights of others, or to submit false or misleading information.
