Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), with a daily cut-off of 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Once dispatched, delivery takes a further 5-8 days (Monday to Friday).

Carrier

We use FedEx to deliver your order.

Address changes

Delivery addresses cannot be altered once a shipment has been dispatched. If you need to change your address, contact support@globalmelaxin.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Damaged shipments

Where possible, please reject any parcel that arrives visibly damaged and contact our support team. If a damaged parcel was left unattended, contact us and we will advise on the next steps.
