Refund policy
Dr Melaxin permits returns within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided items remain unused and in their original packaging. To begin a return, contact support@globalmelaxin.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
- Both defective and non-defective products are accepted
- Exchanges are available
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition
- No restocking fees apply
- Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) days
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
Change of mind and accidental orders
Refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchases are not available. Because orders are dispatched the same day, cancellations cannot be processed once an order has shipped. Unwanted items that have already been delivered may be returned under the 30-day policy at the customer's expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us straight away and we will assess and resolve the issue at our cost.
Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumable products may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds cover the product price only and exclude both original and return shipping charges. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within ten (10) days.
